We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Deputy / Headteacher who has the vision and skills to augment the continued development of this highly successful tuition centre. We are looking for an inspirational leader committed to the highest achievement for all. Required for immediate start. The Learning Hub is situated in the London Borough of Brent and is close to excellent transport links, it occupies over 2000 sq. ft in Leisure Centre with good parking and facilities. The centre opened in April 2003 and is Ofsted registered and an Examination centre for Oxford & Cambridge and Edexcel. It specialises in 11plus grammar schools and independent schools entrance tests along with children from Year 1 to 12. The subjects taught are Maths, English, Science, and ICT.

One of the main focuses of the specialism is to work with our local primary and secondary schools and ensure that understanding of the subject and high academic achievement is a focus on learning throughout the whole centre. Exact responsibilities will be negotiated with the successful candidate with the main responsibilities centring on teaching, managing teachers, lesson materials, exams, assessment, and communication with parents.

· Have a good understanding of the current educational developments, especially those relating to assessment and monitoring and evaluating students' progress.
