Head of Retail Marketing London/Hybrid Multi–Channel Retailer Competitive Salary 9 Month FTCZachary Daniels Recruitment are proud to be partnered with this incredible multi–channel retailer on the position of a Head of Retail Marketing, to cover a maternity position for 9 months.Being hands on in leading a passionate team, you will responsible for delivering the marketing strategy for the retail business.Day to day responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns including marketplaces
Attend and instigate regular meetings with the Retail and Trading leadership team.
Develop a long term, sustainable strategy to raise brand profile and ultimately grow sales performance
Ensure all channels and marketing activities amplify the brand and drive sales growth including all point of sale touch points, shops windows, signage and in– store radio.
Lead on the design and delivery of new store designs and signage.
Lead on the development and delivery of key corporate sales partnerships.
Lead on the development and delivery of customer loyalty schemes.
Set and manage the Retail and Trading expenditure budget per annum, including annual budget setting processes, regular reforecasting, multi year forecasting to support long term strategies and ensuring responsible stewardship of the finances.
Lead a highly skilled and motivated team to deliver to strategic objectives.
Play a key role in the leadership and collaborative working of the wider Brand and Marketing team as part of the Brand and Marketing Leadership TeamIdentify and respond to key cross organisational and external opportunities as they arise ?Strategic development About you:Simply put – you will offer retail marketing experience within a multi–channel environment. You will be strategic, commercial and creative in equal measures. Budget management will be something you manage with ease and your leadership style will be one that naturally inspires.You will offer a blend of offline and online marketing experience and ensure robust KPI reporting is in place.You will either be operating at a Head of Marketing level already, or a similar level, potentially Senior Marketing Manager, with evidence of managing medium sized teams and growing sales performance.To find out more and be considered, apply today.
