Head of Conveyancing Leeds

I am working with a leading law firm in Leeds to assist them to recruit for a Head of Conveyancing. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis with some hybrid working. To be considered, it is essential you are a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years solid conveyancing and management experience. Unfortunately the CLC qualification will not be considered.
This position requires a deep understanding and extensive knowledge of the full conveyancing process, including the ability to identify and resolve complex issues that may arise throughout the process. Alongside managing your own case load, you will manage the team which is made up of legal assistants and fee earners. You will manage/set KPIs, performance manage, recruit for the team alongside providing full support and guidance on a day to day basis to see them develop and thrive.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, legal professionals, and real estate agents. This may involve providing regular updates on the progress of transactions, as well as offering guidance and advice on potential risks and opportunities.
