The role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead Breast Cancer Now's policy and evidence work during a period of maternity leave.

You'll ensure that we have policy positions and calls in place across our strategic objectives which are informed by patient insight, data and research, and that plans are in place for our policy and evidence work.

And you'll build strong relationships with key external stakeholders and work with public affairs, campaigns and PR colleagues to translate our positions and plans into change for people affected by breast cancer.

About you

You'll have significant experience working in relevant policy and evidence roles delivering change and be an experienced manager with great leadership skills.

You'll be an excellent communicator who is confident working with a range of people, from patients to government ministers. You'll be well organised and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. And your analytical skills and sound judgement will help ensure our policy and evidence work delivers for people affected by breast cancer.

We're Breast Cancer Now, the research and support charity. We're the place to turn to for anything and everything to do with breast cancer. However you're experiencing breast cancer, we're here.
