My client is the fastest growing B2BD2C platform in its industry, offering a market distributing unique product to the technical community. They seek a Product Lead Growth Head of Marketing responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies, managing multiple channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is FULLY REMOTE.

This an excellent opportunity to come in and build out the marketing function, including managing a small but growing team. The ideal person will have experience working in organisations that rely on product led growth and experience working in product marketing or growth marketing including in SaaS companies with a bottoms up business model.

The Head of Marketing Role Skills

Develop and refine the overall marketing strategy to align with our client's strategyOwn D2C top of funnel and support product to execute our client's middle of funnel growth initiatives (retention and monetisation)Own B2B lead generation and work with the sales team to drive revenuePartner with both product and sales teams to develop a compelling product messaging, that effectively communicates the value of the productBuild and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning A data-led marketer to ensure the product delivers for the customer. Testing, measuring, and optimizing are at the heart of everything. Skills/Experience Required for Head of Marketing Role:

At least 5 years demonstrable experience working in a SaaS tech start-up, Ideally within a B2BD2C setting with a Product Led Growth model.Experience working within product marketing or growth marketing functionDemonstrable experience managing and developing a high performing teamAbility to evidence data and insight as a lever and differentiator in growth opportunitiesAbility to work with high degree of autonomy in a start up environment and overcome challengesExperience managing marketing techstack including software such as Hubspot, customer.io, Amplitude, Google Analytics, HotJar, Optimizely Why Work for this Company as their Head of Marketing: This is a very flexible opportunity.
