The Role:

The Head of Marketing Communications will lead our global marketing efforts with an emphasis on Europe. The role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies that drive growth and engagement. This role will lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage digital and other AI tools. The role will also require the successful candidate to bring consistency of messaging across the European and APAC regions.

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement across all regions of responsibility. Lead a team of local and dispersed marketing professionals to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage digital and AI tools in the creation of content and collateral. Work closely with cross-functional, multi-national, heterogenous teams to ensure consistency of messaging across all channels. Develop and manage annual budgets for marketing overhead, activities, campaigns and initiatives. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in marketing communication and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies into our campaigns. Manage the company s Hubspot system, identifying and implementing best practices with integration into Oracle s Netsuite CRM platform. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. What We Would Like You to Bring to Our Team:

Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or related field. 10+ years of experience in marketing communications. Experience working with Oracle Netsuite CRM and Hubspot systems advantageous. Strong understanding of digital marketing, AI tools and other emerging trends with marketing communications. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
