As a Head of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of core manufacturing and engineering functions of the business. You will ensure they effectively deliver against the business KPIs and strategy, thus ensuring long-term sustainable business development.

In your first few weeks in this Head of Manufacturing role, you can expect to:

Be the leader for processes optimisation, driving efficiency through cost control and resource allocation and production managementDevelop and drive the company's optimisation and automation strategyContinually improve productivity and efficiency, delivering key OTIF, downtime and production KPIsReduce waste and labour costs through improved process and line efficienciesOwn all CAPEX programs with engineering and production. Experience in a senior production management role within Food or FMCG manufacturing A manufacturing production background with experience of hands-on operational delivery and budgetary responsibilityChange management experience and innovating to improve performance.
