JOB TITLE: Head of Litigation

HOURS: Full Time, flexible hours

Location: Bolton, Office Based.

Salary: 40K- 60K DOE

This is one of the UKs leading specialist personal injury claimant law firm based in Bolton. Covering all areas of PI they are experts in what they do, Industrial disease, Civil Litigation and more. With their fantastic reputation they are looking to expand. You will be joining as head of litigation and have chance to shape your own team.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

Supervising a team with the scope to hire more and shape your team in the future.

You will start Fee Earning as well as supervising, with the plan to just supervising / lead the team in the future

Fast Track files with some multi track.

Majority Credit Hire

RTA

Some Holiday claims

Multi Track EL/PL

This is not solely a management position, you will be running your own high volume files too.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experienced in Litigation, fast and multi track claims.

Claimant Credit Hire, RTA.

Qualified Solicitor or equivalent experience

Experience supervising a team / leading a team
