A highly successful and forward-thinking organisation within the Technology sector is looking for an experienced Head of HR to join their business on a 15-month maternity contract.
This all-round generalist roll will see you being involved with:
Supporting all HR related queries Looking at HR strategies within business including recruitment and retention Supporting and liaising with line managers Onboarding and offboarding employees Lead on employee relations including investigations, disciplinaries, grievance hearings, welfare meetings and more Managing an HR Administrator Reviewing and defining all HR processes Experience required:
Experience within a Head of HR/HR Management role Level 5 or 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent Experience of working within a standalone role as well as part of a small team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 08.45am - 5.15pm and it is 100% office based. Due to location, it is essential that you have access to your own vehicle.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of HR to join a thriving business who are leaders within their field, joining for a period of 15 months as a maternity cover contract for the current Head of HR. You will ideally be available to start at the end of February/beginning of March to enable a handover period.
