I am delighted to be working exclusively with my client based in Hinckley who are looking to recruit a qualified Head Of Finance to report into their Regional Director. This role will manage the full accounting function with a team of 4.

This role will work closely with the senior management team to provide critical insight into all aspects of financial performance. The successful candidate will also assist the senior management team with business planning and reporting including, strategic plans, budgets, outlooks and forecasts.
This role will suit a highly motivated analytical team player, who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Duties:
Managing the finance function and supervising a medium size team of finance staff Monthly reporting and analysis Management accounts for the region Preparation of budgets and forecasts in-line with Group requirements Strategic analysis and support to the Directors with regular financial reviews Monthly close ( revenues, costs, asset and liabilities) Supervise billing ensuring this is carried out in-line with time frames Ensure payroll is processed correctly Balancesheet controls Integral part in the credit control for the region Overseeing the purchase ledger function ensuring payments are made timely Authorising payments Lead on both internal and external audits Providing coaching to team member
Qualifications,experience and skills:
Be a fully qualified accountants with significant post qualification experience Have had all round SME accounting experience including, budget management, cash management, management accounts and accounts payable Payroll experience required Ability to build good relationships with both financial and operational staff Previous experience within the care sector would be an advantage Experience in ERP such as oracle and also sage
