An opportunity has arisen within a very successful multi - service boutique firm in the Lancashire area. They are looking to open a family department, due to huge demand. You will be responsible for setting up and running the department as you see fit. You will have the full support of the directors and can go to them when needed. The firm itself offers a welcoming and supportive environment, with a friendly office atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE, confident in running a full case load of private family matters and will have a keen interest in Business Development. Once the department is up and running, support will be offered in the way of hiring paralegals and even junior solicitors to help ease the caseload.

As this is a new department, the role is fully office based but the firm will offer flexible start times to suit you.
