Your new companyWe are a leading provider of Facilities Management services in the UK, and we are looking for a Head of Estates/Facilities to join our team in Corsham. Your new roleYou will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high–quality hard services (mechanical, electrical, fabric, landscaping, air con etc) and also managing the next generation of engineers. You will also be involved in strategic planning, ensuring compliance and auditing on the estate. What you'll need to succeedIdeally, engineering qualifications (any discipline), however demonstrable experience in hard services will suffice – Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills – A strong customer focus and a proactive approach to problem–solving – 5–year UK work history What you'll get in return
