We are delighted to be recruiting a fantastic, newly created Head of Digital Marketing role for our FMCG client.
As Head of Digital, you will lead all things digital marketing for this well-known and much loved house of brands. You will develop strong, innovative, fully integrated digital strategies and lead a team to deliver optimal performance and growth.
Would you like a role where you can use your expertise to a full ownership of a start to finish digital strategy, while creating, inspiring and lead the development and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy to ultimately maximise consumer awareness of brands and engagement and conversion to purchase.
You will:
Execute highly engaging/ high performing digital initiatives for the portfolio of brands.Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively as well as monitoring and analysing key metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns.Make data-driven decisions and recommendations to consistently improve.Manage brand positioning of digital initiatives, adhering to brand and tone of voice guidelines across multiple brands.Lead, develop and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, providing coaching, mentoring and setting clear performance goals.Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats, and use this information to refine and improve marketing strategies - consistently bringing outside knowledge in and making recommendations that allows our brands to lead trends and stay on the digital pulse.Represent digital as part of the marketing leadership team, stepping up to lead and direct the wider marketing team as required. We are looking to speak with ambitious, curious and commercially focussed digital marketing leaders, with a proven track record of developing and executing high performance integrated digital marketing strategies and budgets across all aspects of the digital marketing mix.
You will have you finger on the pulse of digital the very best and latest marketing trends, platforms and best practice, which will come from FMCG/ CONSUMER/ B2C digital marketing roles and with scope across social media, performance marketing, automation, analytics, retailer digital shopper marketing and content creation.
This is a leadership role in a large matrix structure, so exceptional communication and stakeholder management is critical, both internally and with external agencies and media owners.
