Onward is seeking an ambitious and talented fundraiser. Working as part of a small team, you will be at the forefront of the organisation, identifying and engaging a range of new donors, building and maintaining relationships with Onward’s existent supporters and seeking new development opportunities with leading philanthropic institutions and trusts.

This is a senior role at Onward. The successful candidate will need to have experience in high value fundraising, preferably in the political and/or charitable sectors. They must have experience of engaging and influencing high-profile and high-net-worth individuals and organisations. The right candidate will have a network of existing relationships that they can develop right away to broaden Onward’s base of supporters. They must be confident and proactive in promoting Onward’s events and research to potential donors and supporters.

The successful candidate would be joining Onward at a pivotal time for the organisation and the country. Having launched five years ago, we have quickly established a reputation for rigorous research that has traction not only in newspapers but in government policy. We pride ourselves on developing policy ideas that are timely, practical to deliver and politically possible.
