Rate: Negotiable daily rate (Inside IR35, Umbrella)
Working Pattern: Hybrid, minimum 2 days onsite
We are seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to lead our transition from a Small Business Development Team to a well-established, high-performing delivery team, managing a team of 10 dedicated professionals. Small Business Development to Delivery Team Transition:
Review and assess the current team structureDevelop and implement a plan for transitioning the team from a focus on small business development to a well-established delivery team Team Management and Restructuring:
Lead and inspire a team of 10 members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureConduct thorough assessments of existing team members' skills and strengthsRecommend and implement a mini-restructure to optimise team efficiency and align with project goalsProvide mentorship, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities Diversity and Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion within the team, recognising and valuing differences in age, race, gender, and abilitiesEnsure an inclusive working environment where all team members feel valued and supportedImplement strategies to attract and retain diverse talent, promoting equal opportunities for career growth Retrofit Project Management:
Oversee the delivery of retrofit projects, focusing on improving energy efficiency and promoting sustainable practicesManage a diverse team, including a Retrofit Consortium Manager, Project Managers, Technical Standards Manager, Retrofit Coordinators, and support staffCollaborate with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and meet established standards Qualifications and Experience:
