Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of conveyancing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the residential conveyancing department in alignment with the firm's overall objectives.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a personalized and straightforward approach to legal advice.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the day–to–day operations of the residential conveyancing department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, encouraging continuous professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in residential conveyancing.Proven leadership experience, preferably in a legal setting.Strong understanding of the UK property market and relevant legal regulations.Excellent communication skills with a commitment to plain English communication.Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
