Your Role: As a pivotal member of the team, you will lead the Indirects / Corporate spend category, contributing to the overall success. This role demands a strategic mindset, effective collaboration, and a passion for achieving ambitious goals.

Lead the team focusing on end-to-end strategic sourcing within a substantial spend category.Establish and maintain influential relationships with senior stakeholders.Ensure business partnering is at the forefront of the teams sourcing strategies whilst delivering supplier collaboration.Facilitate regular external market benchmarking.Actively manage team talent, fostering teamwork, coaching, and implementing succession plans. Proven experience in a Senior Category Manager, Commercial Manager, Head Of Category or similar roleCIPS qualificationStrategic thinking and leadership skillsStrong collaborative and stakeholder management abilitiesPrevious success in driving positive change and achieving significant savingsA track record of implementing innovative market strategiesExperience in working within a regulated environment / public sector would be advantageous Application Details:
