In this full-time, hybrid role, you'll lead Adult teams, ensuring the pinnacle of care for the people they support. Take on the role of Nominated Individual defined by CQC, steering the course for excellence.
Your responsibilities encompass budget management, fostering key stakeholder relationships, and delivering on the strategic plan.
The Head of Adult Services is responsible for
Budget responsibility for the services, ensuring they operate within financial parameters and commissioned hoursEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, families, social workers and fundersProvide regular reports to the CEO for the Board of Trustees and relevant sub-committeesDeliver the strategic plan.Develop and implement operational initiatives to improve service quality and performance.Create and lead a motivated, engaged team focussed on retention. Delivery of high-quality services.Ensure the service meets all relevant regulatory requirements and adheres to best practice guidelines. Achieves 'Good' ratings.Experience and skills required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetailed knowledge of regulatory framework and requirementsDemonstrable, strong leadership experienceProven business acumen and experience of managing budgetsMinimum of 5 years management in Adult Social Care.Level 5 or above in Adult Social CarePlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
