Pembury Partners are assisting our returning client with the search of a professional Head Housekeeper based in their home in Berlin, Germany. Our client is seeking an experienced hands-on housekeeper with exceptionally meticulous cleaning and organisational skills with a solution driven attitude. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and able to lead by example.

Amongst the duties:

A full-time housekeeping role, 6 days a week, leading a team of 3 additional housekeepers within the home Working on a shift pattern 8 hours per day; shifts run from 7am until 9pm General housekeeping duties on the property to an exceptionally high standard Laundry management duties; delicate, luxury fabric care The role will suit a natural leader, but will require a hands-on approach Training new staff when needed Prepping simple breakfast for Principals on morning shift Assisting on lunch and dinner service when on midday or late shift A formal role where trust and discretion will be the backbone of the role Child friendly; the family have nannies in the home, however the ideal candidate will be child friendly and able to mind the children when necessary Feeding and caring for the family dogs

Skillset required:

Fluent in German with excellent communication skills A good working knowledge of English Previous experience within a formal UHNW home is desired Trustworthy and the ability to be completely discreet A dynamic, forward thinking, and enthusiastic personality Excellent ability to lead a team and to use initiative on tasks Excellent time-management skills Solution driven attitude EU passport or right to work is essential

Benefits and salary: €45,000 gross annually, separate accommodation
