Job Description:.

You will work at properties in locations across Greater London

Responsibilities will consist of maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, basic electrical work, basic roofing work and cleaning.

You will be proud to produce only the highest quality of work.

Candidate

Previous experience within the construction/building industry.

Full UK driving licence and your own tools. Van will be provided for the right candidate

Fluent in English, both written and verbally.

Display a positive, can-do attitude at all times.

Good customer services skills.

Hardworking, proactive, efficient, able to manage your time and work well as part of a team or on your own.

Focus or some experience on commercial property would be a bonus.
