We have a selection of medium size studios available for a variety of creative uses. They can be fully adapted to suit your business needs, helping you create your own truly unique space.

Our selection ranges from 215-600 sq.ft., ideal for teams of up to 12 individuals.

Hackney Downs Studios is a serviced building with 24/7 access with on-site cafes, bars, rooftop, restaurants and retail offerings. Our team supports every aspect of a growing creative endeavour.

You will be joining a network of over 800 creatives and over 400 dynamic businesses.

Prices start at £1030 per month.
