_ THE SPACE

Brought together by contemporary interiors, spatial inventiveness and floor-to-ceiling windows, this impressive space is one of the most immaculate and rarely available studios within Netil House. The beautifully bright studio occupies a peaceful, public-facing corridor a stone's throw away from London Fields and Broadway Market.

The shop-front style windows catch the rising sun in the mornings and let in light throughout the day. The double doors open to a pathway lined with hedges that afford public access with shelter and privacy. It's truly unique with double-height ceilings, an in-built mezzanine and completely contained kitchenette and private bathroom. Whilst the space is completely versatile and customisable in its open-plan arrangement, the mezzanine could provide a segregated meeting room or private office space if you so needed.

The space seamlessly blends polished concrete flooring, steel trusses and modern lighting touches to create a contemporary, harmonious place to work. Alongside its own private entrance, you can access the studio from the main building.

Netil House has been at the heart of Hackney’s creative landscape since it opened in 2009. Adjacent to London Fields, the iconic 60s building is now home to over 100 studios, varying in size and accommodating designers, architects, artists, musicians and other creative practitioners.

The unique working environment at Netil House offers an inspirational place to work, network and socialise.
