Brought to life by polished concrete flooring and neutral finishes, Studio 311 is located on the third floor of Netil House and is conveniently placed next to goods lift access and a shared kitchen. Its large skylights and the glass door allow for the studio to feel bright, airy and open.

This space would be well suited for a design agency or for a creative business looking to showcase their work.

Rooftop bar Netil360 and live music venue NT's Loft are just a few of the on-site offerings available to enjoy and mix with neighbouring creatives.
