This light-filled studio has been recently refurbished, retaining original features with carefully considered modern interior touches.

The room configuration allows for plenty of privacy via the two separate meeting rooms, though maintaining a sense of spaciousness due to the installed glass doors.

The space allows plenty of natural light to flow through original printwork windows. Positioned on a peaceful section on the first floor, alongside dynamic creative businesses, the studio is in an aspirational part of the building.

On this floor you will have access to shared facilities which have been beautifully designed, including a communal kitchen, terrace and social area.

As with all Eat Work Art studios, this space can be completely customised to best represent your work.
