I make the setup and repair process a very personal experience for you sending photos and documenting the whole process from start to end so you can see the care and results I take with your instrument.

The instrument is setup to how YOU want it to play not how it should be as many repairmen ignore the way the customer wants it to play. They follow measurements only and this isn't ideal when it comes to feeling a big difference when you get your instrument back.

Anything I setup or fix you can see and feel the difference after I set it up and it's like getting a new guitar back.
