Your experience of working within a recruitment or onboarding background will enable you to;
Be part of building a smart and collaborative talent attraction culture.Have experience in maintaining a high level of confidentiality.Liaise with candidates and hiring teams to coordinate interviews via phone, video call, or onsite office visits; and be able to assist hiring teams with behind–the–scenes processes and decision–making.Showcase your proven organisation skills, arranging meetings efficiently while ensuring that meeting rooms are available.Communicate with candidates regularly via email and phone to ensure they have accurate interview information in preparation for their interviews.Collaborate with agencies, hiring teams, and our Group Talent Manager to shape the hiring process, delivering a highly personalized candidate experience.Maintain TeamTailor, our applicant tracking system (ATS), and job postings ensuring information is correct and up to date.Maintain internal reports/dashboards on hiring progress.Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including, induction/training plans from hiring teams and schedules for new employees.Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by assisting with paperwork, training logistics, and introductions to company culture.Your people passion will shine and with this, you will grow reliable and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders across the business.
