Group Real Estate AssistantLocation: CrewePackage: NegotiableWe're delighted following 2 internal promotions to be recruiting for a Group Real Estate Assistant to join our team.You'll be assisting the team with a variety of tasks covering our large estate (140+ Properties) and be the first port of call for any issues that arise.This is a diverse role covering everything property related including gathering information around planning office moves and newly acquired ones.

The day to day:

Request, update & maintain records for Real Estate, Facilities, Health and SafetyMaintaining the Property Terrier updating key information from locations & suppliersAssisting with gathering of information for office moves & acquisitionsAct as first point of contact for any Real Estate issues arisingLogging of reactive calls for maintenance of Real Estate PortfolioIssue PO numbers for approved works & liaise with 3rd party suppliersSupport the Group Real Estate Manager & Group Real Estate Officer in delivering a consistent and efficient service across the groupEnsuring all tasks are completed withing agreed timescales and within group policies and procedures The rewards:A Negotiable salary + all the normal benefits (Pension, Death In Service, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays) with access to Flexible Benefits post probation.Access to the annual company share save schemeFull support for professional qualifications, including full fundingThe opportunity to join a team that will continue to grow as we do - we've acquired over 15 new sites this year aloneAbout you:

You'll have a varied skill set that includes good communication (both written and verbal), organisational, administrative and IT skills coupled with a can do approachIdeally you'll have prior experience working within a professional environment within an administrative roleAble to deal with a variety of tasks whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretionYou should have a full driving licence (ideally), as the team and you progress role wise there may need to visit sites
