Work for a Charity in London as a Group PR and Communications Manager - Permanent
The Charity is looking for an experienced, determined and collaborative communications professional to join our team as a PR & Communications Manager, during an exciting time of growth for our social enterprise whose mission is to create innovative solutions through enterprise that unlock social and economic opportunities for people trapped in poverty.
You will drive and assist in the development and implementation of press activity, internal comms and celebrity Ambassador's involvement for campaigns and news moments for the organisation.
What you will be doing
Demonstrable experience working in a busy, high-pressure Press Office, Public Relations agency or in-house department Experience developing and executing high-profile media campaigns, including across multiple media platforms and involving different stakeholders You will have an excellent news sense, strong journalist contacts and be proactive in generating media coverage A history of securing excellent media coverage in a variety of outlets for PR initiatives You should be happy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make quick decisions on sometimes sensitive issues Exceptional organisational skills, including ability to juggle short-term projects with longer-term ones Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and make decisions on what to prioritise when working under pressure on a number of projects.
Experience required to be considered
