Role - Group L&D Manager

Salary - 50-55k + excellent benefits

Locaton - Multi site, West London.

Day-to-day responsibilities include: delivering the L&D strategy, onboarding and implementing a new LMS, writing and delivering engaging content to push the continued upskilling of our leaders and employees, and managing the Apprenticeship levy.

We are looking for someone with extensive L&D experience within a similar organisation, preferably SME, and the right candidate must possess the enthusiasm to make a change and add value. We offer a competitive salary of 50,000 - 55,000 depending on experience, there may be movement between our offices (Perivale & Ruislip) throughout the week, so having a car is advisable but not a necessity.
