Group Bodyshop Manager

Location: Bristol

Basic Salary: GBP60,000 + (DOE)

Bonus: GBP8,000+ PA

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm

Extras: Company car allowance / Company Car allowance, Pension scheme, 30 days holiday

We are looking to recruit an experienced Accident Repair Manager/ Bodyshop Manager to facilitate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing their team to deliver a quality repair - on time, every time.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional market-leading customer service by actively managing the delivery of a first-class customer service journey. This will be achieved by proactive control of the customer experience, from initial booking in to the final return of the vehicle.

Responsibilities of the Group Bodyshop Manager/Area Manager:

People Management - lead by example and ensure the team is motivated and hitting or exceeding performance targets within a fast paced Bodyshop environmentMonitor and manage KPI's for site performance, customers and employeesDevelop a team environment throughout your network of Bodyshop's, encouraging two-way feedback and the successful implementation of Continuous Improvement opportunitiesDelivery of all budgets for each production areaEnsure a positive safety culture is maintained and build credible relationships with all stakeholders, i.e. vehicle repair technicians, Vehicle Damage Assessors VDA , service advisers and other management Ensure compliance and delivery of this clients vehicle repair plan across all sites in your region

Skills and Qualifications need for the Group Bodyshop Manager/Area Manager role:

Excellent working knowledge of modern Bodyshop environmentsPrevious Bodyshop Management / Manager experienceCommitted to achieving the team and Bodyshop's objectivesStrong planning, organising and time management skillsAbility to liaise with varying levels of technical staff, management and customers within a vehicle repair environmentDrive KPI's & SLA'sExcellent Communication skills including effective listening and writtenAbility and a flexible approach to travel Problem Solving and deliver Continuous Improvement within your network of Bodyshop's
