Pretty light green thick glass balloon decoration/ornament with a hole in the pretend tied part of the balloon so you can attach a ribbon/string. It's in very good condition as it has mostly been in storage, approx 4.5 x 5 inches in size and doesn't have a flat base on any side so needs to be displayed carefully.
