It also has its own private shower room (shower fed by a tank NOT electric). It shares a kitchen with 2 other rooms, so a total of 4 adults at any one time.

This fantastic house has been thoroughly refurbished. All rooms are hardwired for internet and are ensuite. There is a communal lounge and a lovely rear garden.

This room is suitable for single applicants only. The rent includes all the bills. The gas and electricity are on a fair use policy. If abused (eg: sun beds, electrical heaters, electric blankets to name but a few..), the rental value will increase accordingly.
