Gi Pro are looking to recruit a Specifications Technologist to join a market leading Food manufacturer who supply into household brands such as Subway, McDonald's and Papa John's to name but a few.This role would suit a Food Science Graduate who has a thirst for learning alongside a positive attitude. THE ROLE:As a Specifications Technologist you will be required to:

Manage the customer approval process, new product development, review specifications and approve ingredientsInterpret the results of nutrition and recipesLiaise with suppliers to ensure packaging and ingredients meet appropriate standards THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Specifications Technologist:
