Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Warrington - ENTRY LEVEL

24000 + Bens + Full Training

Engineering and Design Consultancy with an office in the North-West are offering an exciting graduate/entry level Quantity Surveyor position to join an existing team and work on business-critical projects across the UK.

Hybrid based, the Graduate Quantity Surveyor will have a mentor to work alongside offering full training and support to enable you (once trained) to commence your APC logbook.

Key duties will include

Negotiate material costs with suppliersAssisting in creating a programme of works with detailed costings for the Project ManagerLiaising with the surveying team on client side, negotiating final accounts and any amendments required.Working to project deadlines either in the office or remotely.Attending team meetings for project reviews

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will need excellent communication skills and have the following background

A Degree and/or Masters in Quantity Surveying or SurveyingFull driving licenseComfortable working to project deadlines and communications to clients at all levels.
