We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Manufacturing Director to join a dynamic biotechnology company revolutionising cancer treatment.

As the Director of Manufacturing, you will have full responsibility for the GMP manufacture of advanced therapy products (ATMP).

Responsibilities include:

Lead the GMP production team and site facilities.Lead, mentor and coach manufacturing personnel.Ensure operations are compliant to regulatory requirements (US, UK, and EU)Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and all departments including QC, Analytical Sciences, Clinical operations and QA.Oversee all maintenance activities and H&S.Manage processes for change controls, deviations/investigations, CAPAs, process transfers, validations, risk analysis, and mitigations

To be successful as the Manufacturing Director you will:

Have experience leading GMP manufacturing for the production of Cell Therapy or Gene Therapy products. (experience in the GMP manufacturing of biologics or vaccines are also encouraged to apply).
