The Role

As the Global Project Capability Director, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategy to roll out the GMPF framework to provide maximum value.

Day to day, you'll focus on maximising how our projects and programmes tailor and use governance & the project management capabilities to enable delivery.

Accountable for the global governance frameworkDefine and deliver the functional assurance strategyResponsible for the implementation strategyDevelop and execute the strategy for long term governance initiativesThis role is full time with a hybrid working arrangement

Essential experience of the Global Project Capability Director

Experience in leading programmes in complex delivery environmentsExperience in leading teams through changeExperience in working and applying project lifecycle managementQualifications for the Global Project Capability Director

Degree qualifiedFormal PM qualifications desirableThe successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
