Global Business Development Manager - Business Travel - Remote Working. A fantastic opportunity to join this mid-sized, global travel management company (TMC) where you will be responsible for developing new business with cross sector corporations who are mainly based in Europe with regional or global footprints. The role can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe with international travel required.

Global Business Development Manager Responsibilities

You will be responsible for consulting with clients and presenting solutions to their global travel programmes.Seek to develop long term partnerships with prospective clients across Europe with global footprints across all sectors whose travel spend typically falls between 1-25mWorking in collaboration with a globally dispersed and multi-cultural teamsManaging the end-to-end sales process from lead generation and responding to RFP's, through to client presentations and commercial negotiations

Global Business Development Skills Required

A minimum of 5 years business development management experience gained in the business travel sector, preferably from a TMC but very similar businesses will also be consideredA broad understanding of corporate travel, online booking tools and solutions to manage client's business travel programmesExperience selling to international markets highly desirable with a strong multi-cultural awarenessExcellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsAbility and willingness to travel regularly
