A highly reputable and prestigious US law firm in the city are keen to recruit a knowledgeable Global AML and Compliance Manager to join their international team on a permanent basis.

This global law firm have a long standing history and a wealth of high profile clients, working on some of the biggest matters in the market. The role will see you working collaboratively with the global compliance and AML team, overseeing global AML and Compliance operations including research, due diligence, risk assessments, and screening. You will be an integral part of the team, working across key offices across EMEA.

Duties include;

Working alongside MLRO's and Regional Heads on global compliance and AML policiesKeeping apprised of updates related to AML and ComplianceProvide strategic recommendations on sanctions laws and regulationsManagement of the firms AML and compliance functionsLine management and supervision of an international compliance teamAssisting fee–earners with regulatory requestsAssist in legal analysis of escalations The firm are keen to speak with a Global AML and Compliance Manager who has a proven track record of AML and Compliance management in a global law firm. German language skills are essential, being able to converse and digest information in German. You will be proactive, highly–driven, and a natural problem solver with a wealth of legal compliance experience.
