Large private roof garden that is accessed via the spiral staircase and the living room. Also a private balcony in the living room with French doors. Open plan living room and kitchen, but have sliding doors to separate kitchen.

Kitchen is big enough for a large dining table but I have swapped this for a kitchen island. It is big enough for either.

Located within walking distance to Glasgow town center. All the shops, restaurants, etc. Within walking distance to local primary schools and easy access to high schools and has a local doctors surgery. Ideal central location to assess the Scottish Highlands and the south.

Very quiet apartment block, with friendly, quiet neighbours.

Looking to swap to London or surrounding areas because I spend a lot of time there and children will be going to university there very soon.
