Role Overview
Responding to email and telephone product enquiriesMust be able to fluently speak German to allow you to respond to customer queries.Liaise with internal teams and departments to ensure the customer service issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.Recording and updating the system accordinglyDeal with both inbound and outbound calls Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is required.Excellent telephone manner.You will need to be an organised person for this role.Excellent communication skills.Fluent spoken and preferably written German is required for this position Benefits: Holiday, Pension Scheme, Boost Benefits.
