General Manager

Purpose of General Manager Role:

Full time position to manage all aspects of Seaview operational performance and its continued growth. The key aims are to develop a consistent and methodical improvement approach to:

Manage overall operational performance ensuring on time delivery in full. Develop and implement continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility. Own total manufacturing cost in line with business performance objectives. Ensure awareness and compliance with all legal requirements. Facilities management, maintenance & improvement, including utilities. Take responsibility for onsite H&S and offsite where install teams are involved. Take responsibility for stock values to achieve the leadtmes promises. Parameters set by together with the Managing Director. Provide formal monthly updates to the Managing Director on company performance against agreed metrics. With with the Managing Director & Production Manager ensure manufacturing capacity reflects the demand profile. Support the Managing Director & Financial Controller with the planning, design, implementation & running of a new ERP system.

This General Manager role reports to the Director and will include additional responsibilities as required.
