My story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Gemma needs a family who will be patient as she learns to trust humans again. She follows her foster mom and likes to be near her, but doesn't like to be touched. Gemma is housetrained and will bark to let you know she needs to go out and will come back in willingly. She's ok with the older children in the home, but is startled with a lot of busy activity. Ideally she needs a quiet home with another dog where she can thrive, decompress, and have a great life.
Gemma was found on a property with her three puppies where she was dumped. Based on her behavior, she used to live in a home, but wasn't treated well. Her foster mom is able to bathe her and hold her if needed. Gemma spends most of her time resting but enjoys being around other dogs.
It's likely she has some visual impairments, but how extensive is unknown.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 16, 2024, 4:13 pm
