Situated in the heart of Berkshire, My Client have a great reputation for Development and providing a top quality Service. The role will oversee and manage a Gas Operation and mechanical engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in People Management, Compliance and scheduling works whilst being responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of gas operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of gas professionals and some electrical engineers.Develop and implement strategies to optimize gas effeciencies.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to gas operations.Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of gas infrastructure.Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.Budgeting and resource allocation for gas and engineering projects.Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, suppliers, and contractors. Qualifications:

Proven experience in Gas management. Strong knowledge of gas industry regulations and standards.Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make strategic decisions.Proactive, results-oriented, and safety-focused mindset.
