MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Gas Administrator to join them on a Permanent Contract in North West London.
Please note this position is Part Time.
As a Gas administrator you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the work streams, processing orders, manage correspondence by answer emails, raising orders and telephone calls. To manage and investigate queries form our residents/leaseholders, reports, produce reports, liaise with supply chains within the workstream and other teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage correspondence by answering emails,
Process contractor invoices
Produce reports on behalf of other team members when
Monitor work in progress and overdue orders and chase appointment
Complete additional administrative tasks, as appropriate requested
Skills/Experience required:
Experience in working in a responsive repair's environment.
Experience of working within an office-based administrative role
Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and portray a positive image.
Experience of using IT systems to maintain accurate records, and to produce reports.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a team environment.
