Hey there! We're on the lookout for a fabulous new flatmate to join our cozy abode in the heart of York. Unfortunately (or fortunately for you!), I have to relocate cities so my room is now available to be let!

About the Room:

It’s a spacious room with plenty of natural light and a lovely view of neighboring rooftops. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, two side tables, and a large set of drawers making it move in ready! It costs £187 per month (utilities included), and has a downpayment of only £300 pounds. Your tenancy can start asap and will last until 30/07/2024. I have furniture in the room configured differently now and it makes the room much bigger, Gumtree won't let me add photos but feel free to contact me if you want me to send you updated pictures!

About the Home:

The house is a modern home with a spacious communal kitchen, two full bathrooms, a cute little outside patio area and a living room perfect for movie nights (it even has Netflix!) There are 5 other women living in the house (ages 19-21) who are all full time second-year students and all very friendly and easy to get along with. The house is student and professional friendly but we do ask for only other women to apply, thank you for understanding!

Location:

Perhaps the best aspect of the house is its VERY close proximity to the city and university. Located conveniently a 15 minute walk to the UoY campus, a 10 minute walk to the city, and a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop - you really can’t find a better location for the price.
