Fundraising Executive - Charity - 34.5k to 36.5k + excellent benefits - Central London
This prestigious charitable organisation, steeped with history and set within beautiful listed buildings and vast landscaped grounds, is looking for an experienced Fundraising Executive to join its friendly and supportive team. The Fundraising Executive will deliver on agreed personal Fundraising and donor growth targets through managing Fundraising initiatives including donor recruitment, donor retention, upgrades, legacy marketing, direct mailings and special events. SALARY ETC:
34.5k to 36.5k + benefits Very competitive employer contribution pension, 25-days holiday + BH, Onsight Gym, Employee Assistance programme, free events, discounted on-site cafe, etc. Central London Permanent, full-time 41 hours including breaks, working mainly, Monday - Friday, but there may be some evening work with corporate events. Can be office based or hybrid (after probation period). REQUIREMENTS:
Working within a charity or not-for-profit environment, with demonstrable experience in growing income through fundraising initiatives. Working to income targets in a fundraising environment Knowledge of fundraising and its range of income streams Developing and managing cold fundraising recruitment initiatives Motivated, positive, friendly disposition, with excellent oral and written communication Excellent people skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships, including with charity beneficiaries, staff and stakeholders DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
Support a portfolio of business and individual supporters across a number of fundraising disciplines. Secure new income by growing existing relationships, targeted introductions, responding to enquiries and launching innovative new income generating products and initiatives. Develop and manage Appeals to both cold and warm audiences that deliver on agreed objectives including direct mail and e-campaigns Develop and deliver an engaging donor and membership retention programme that builds loyalty and grows average gift values Develop and deliver a targeted programme of supporter events that contribute to the objectives of the Fundraising department and the wider Organisation. To create proposals that respond to target audience needs and secure income Research and test new products and new markets to grow income Develop and produce fundraising communications material in support of the fundraising strategy
