We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are excited to be working with one of the UK's largest and most respected healthcare charities. Following on from a strategic review, the charity are now seeking a Director of Income Generation to join their Senior Leadership Team.

In this newly created role, the Director of Income Generation will be responsible for motivating and inspiring a highly successful, multi-disciplinary team of fundraisers, along with the charity's retail functions, to ensure the continued growth and success of the charity.

We're looking for someone with experience across a variety of income streams, but are particularly keen to hear from you if you've got a great track-record of creating strong relationships with Major Donors, Corporates, or Trusts. Carmarthenshire, with Hybrid Working

Salary - GBP60,000

Duties will include:

Developing and implementing income generation strategies across the income streamsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with donorsLeading, inspiring, and developing the Income Generation TeamMonitoring, evaluating, and reporting on income generationRepresenting the charity as a member of the Senior Leadership team The ideal candidate will:

Have demonstrable experience of income generation successes within a charitable organisationBe an accomplished networker with experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of donorsHave the ability to contribute to strategies and governance as part of the Senior Leadership TeamBe able to identify, and act on, new funding strategies and opportunitiesHave an understanding of budget management and reporting To apply and for further information, please email a copy of your CV in the first instance.
