About the Role:
As the Fundraising & Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in securing funds to support our groundbreaking artistic programs and growth. Join us during this exciting expansion phase and be part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact in the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead grant fundraising, crafting compelling applications. Develop strategies for individual and corporate fundraising. Oversee fundraising strategy implementation and supporter stewardship. Build and maintain relationships with key funding bodies. Lead communication strategies for fundraising partnerships. Advocate for the organisation's values and mission.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3 years of fundraising experience. Charitable sector experience. Commitment to Venture Arts' values and vision. Proven track record in successful funding applications. Strong research, evaluation, and stakeholder mapping skills. Strategic thinker with excellent networking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications. Excellent administrative, organisational, and time management skills. Passion for championing representation and inclusion. Does the above sound like you?
