Our Care team is currently looking to welcome a 180 Recruitment consultant to their Belfast based business! Joining a successful & experienced team of 5, there is significant earning potential on the desk with uncapped commission, alongside room for career progression to a Senior Fulfilment role or transitioning into a 360 position in the future. After your probation there are also 2 days of working from home each week with flexibility to start & finish times. The office is centrally located in the heart of Belfast city centre & includes excellent facilities like an outdoor terrace area, shower & kitchen facilities, free refreshment stations and convenient transport connections.

The role is perfect for anyone with previous experience in Public Services, Sales or Customer Care offering a diverse & fast paced working environment. If you have worked in Health & Social Care before, this role could be perfect for you to put that experience into practice!

On the client side you can expect to:

Manage current relationships within the businessGrow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunitiesInteract with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs

On the candidate side you can expect to:

Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for your clientsWrite and tailor advertisements specific to your clients needsConduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online toolsBuild your own network of talented candidates to present to marketBalancing these two fundamental areas of recruitment are key to you being the bridge between the best clients and their next best hires.
