The Wave, Bristol, are recruiting for a Front of House team leader to be a key member of our Food and Beverage team. This is a permanent contract for 36 hours per week.

The F&B team operate in an up-beat, friendly atmosphere. They are hard working and have strong collaborative culture. The successful front of house team leader will buy into this culture and bring their own energy as well as commercial conscientiousness.

About you

As our Front of House - Team leader, you will establish yourself as a role model not only due to your experience but also by the way you approach the challenges of leading a busy service.

You will be used to solving problems daily. You are happy to lead by example. Have a high attention to detail. You enjoy coaching and developing your team. You have a firm but fair and fun approach to leadership. How you will make an impact

Drive exceptional high standards of cleanliness, customer service, efficiency and full documentation. Identify key areas of staff training and continuous development. Proactive planning of the team’s daily duties. Your background

You will have experience of working in hospitality within a high-volume environment. You will have led Food & Beverage teams previously. You will ideally have experience of working in an environment with multiple points of sale, in addition to our amazing clubhouse, we have several pop-up F&B units adjacent to the lake. Our ideal Front of House – Team Leader will be proactive and have a sleeves-rolled-up approach to work. Being a people person with a can-do attitude is a must! We are looking for a full time, fixed term team leader to join us for the season. There may be potential to extend into the winter.
